LRG X TRUE SAN FRANCISCO POP UP SHOP
San Francisco holds an important place in the history of LRG. Our first catalog was shot at an apartment near the intersection of Shrader and Haight in 1999, and from the beginning, the life and street culture of SF helped inspire the vision of LRG. When we started, one of the first accounts to stock LRG was TRUE, one of the most important street fashion boutiques in the world.
So when the opportunity came to partner with TRUE and take over its annex for a month, we didn’t hesitate.
From October 18 to November 15, we will be operating an LRG pop-up shop at 1429 Haight Street, showcasing select Holiday ‘14 styles, as well as some exclusive products and collaborations available only at the shop. We've also planned several events, including appearances by Del the Funky Homosapien, Raekwon the Chef, Dizzy Wright, Logic, as well as some other surprises.
On October 23rd, we will commemorate the late great Jonas Bevacqua (1977-2011) on what would have been his 37th birthday, with a limited release of t-shirts featuring his name and some words of genius.
